1. | Write down the harmful effects of your addiction on anything you got.

It is never the right way to feel good to acknowledge all the ways in which your addiction is harming badly, but seeing the list on paper will help you resolve to stop as soon as possible with your addiction. Take out a pen and a piece of paper and brainstorm a list that includes all the negative effects you’ve experienced since your addiction started.

And Address why you became addicted in the first place. Ask yourself what it’s preventing you from doing or what the addiction is doing for you.

Think about how your addiction has affected your physical health. Are you at greater risk of getting cancer, heart disease, or another illness as a result of your addiction? Maybe the addiction has already taken a noticeable physical toll.

List the ways in which it has hurt you mentally. Are you embarrassed about your addiction? In many cases addictions lead to shame and embarrassment, as well as depression, anxiety, and other mental and emotional issues.

You need to ask yourself How has your addiction affected your relationships with other people? Does it prevent you from spending time with people you love or having enough time to pursue new relationships?

Some addictions take a big financial toll. List the amount of money you have to spend feeding your addiction every day, week, and month. Determine whether your addiction has affected your job.

What daily annoyances are caused by your addiction? For example, if you’re a smoker, maybe you’re tired of having to leave your office every time you need to light up.

2. | Make a list of positive changes you want in your life and ignore your addiction.

Now that you’ve detailed all the negative effects of your addiction, on what you think about it and what’s  Bordering you now you want to learn how much your life will improve once you’ve kicked the habit. And Create a picture of your life post-addiction. How do you want it to look?

Maybe you’ll feel a sense of freedom you haven’t had in years.

You’ll have more time to spend on people, hobbies, and other pleasures.

You’ll be able to save money again.

You know you’re doing everything you can to stay healthy. You’ll feel immediate physical improvements.

You’ll feel proud and confident again.

3. | Write down your quitting commitment about what you don’t like to do when you addicted to it.

It is better when Having a list of solid and reasons to quit will help you stick to your plan in the long run. Your reasons for quitting must be more important to you than continuing your addictive behavior. This mental hurdle is tough, but it’s a necessary first step to quitting any addiction you don’t like doing. There is a saying No one can make you quit but yourself. Write down the true, solid reasons you’re stopping this habit. Only you know what they are. Here are a few examples:

You have to Decide you’re quitting because you want to have the energy to live life to the fullest again with your addiction being you down. And also

Decide you’re quitting because you’re running out of money to support your habit. Or

Decide you’re quitting because you want to be a better partner to your spouse. And also

Decide you’re quitting because you’re determined to meet your grandchildren one day.

4. | Try your best Set up a date to quit your addiction.

Don’t set it for tomorrow and. never say i will change tomorrow, unless you’re pretty sure quitting cold turkey will work for you. Do not set it for more than a month from or a year now, because you might lose your resolve by then. Aim for a date in the next couple of weeks. This will give you enough time to become mentally and physically prepared.

Consider picking a date that’s meaningful to you, to help motivate you. Your birthday, father’s day, your daughter’s graduation day, etc.

Mark the day on your calendar and announce it to those close to you. Build it up so that you won’t be likely to back down when the day arrives. Make a firm commitment to yourself that you’re going to quit by that date.

Take any medical or physical support you may need. Some addictions can be life-threatening if they’re stopped incorrectly and be very careful on how you want to stop your addiction.

5. | Seek personal and professional support to help you with your problems.

You may feel like It might not seem like it now, but you’re going to need all the support you can get during your journey to overcome addiction and to solve you problems you have. Because so many people that battle addictions, there are many wonderful institutions in place that serve as support systems, helping you stay motivated, providing tips for success, and encouraging you to try again if you have a false start. If possible, consider finding a therapist or mental health professional in your area as they will be able to help you create the best treatment plan (like inpatient or outpatient care or continued therapy) and support network for your needs.

Research in-person and online support groups designed to help people with the specific type of addiction you’re battling. Many resources are free.

If you want to wean yourself from a substance, you should seek the advice of a general practitioner first so you can understand and be prepared for any withdrawal symptoms.

Make an appointment with a therapist skilled in helping people through addictions. Find someone you’re comfortable with so you’ll be able to rely on him or her in the months to come. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt techniques, and life skills training are amongst the techniques that have been proven successful for those seeking to overcome addictions. A therapeutic setting ensures that you will have privacy and that the treatment will be based on your particular needs and goals.

Seek support from your closest loved ones and friends. Let them know how much this means to you. If you’re addicted to a substance, ask them not to use it in your presence. People who have long-term success with overcoming addictions often have a support group of family and friends who encourage them on a daily basis to help them in many ways to overcome they problems in life.

6. | Identify your  triggers of addiction and Start by ramping down your addictive habit.

Almost Everyone has a certain set of triggers that make them automatically want to indulge their habits on a certain thing they do. For example, if you’re struggling with an alcohol addiction and you addicted to drinking, you might find it difficult to attend a certain restaurant without feeling a strong urge to drink alcohol and If you’re addicted to gambling, passing a casino on the way home from work might make you feel compelled to stop. Knowing your triggers will help you face them down when the time comes to quit.

Stress is often a trigger for all kinds of addictions.

Certain situations, like parties or other social gatherings, might act as triggers.

Certain individuals can be triggers.

Instead of quitting immediately, about something start by decreasing your use. For most people, this makes it easier to quit. Indulge less frequently, and gradually continue reducing it as your day to quit for good approaches.

7. | Get your environment ready for you with out getting addicted to something and Stop the addictive behavior as planned.

Be sure to Remove reminders of your addiction from your home, car, and workplace. Get rid of all the objects that go along with the habit, as well as other items that remind you of the habit of what you have do to when you board or for feel like to do it.

And Consider replacing the objects with items that help you feel positive and calm with out feeling like be a addictive to some thing  you hate. Make sure  Fill your refrigerator with wholesome food. Treat yourself to a few good books or DVDs (provided they don’t contain content that could act as a trigger). Place candles and other aesthetically pleasing items around the house.

You might want to try redecorating your bedroom, rearranging the furniture, or just buying a few new throw pillows. Changing your environment will give you the feeling of having a fresh start.

When ever a biggest day of your life, arrives, keep your promise to yourself with out lying to your self, and quit. Those first few days are going to be hard. Keep yourself busy and stay positive. You’re on your way to an addiction-free life.

8. | Fill your time with something more interesting and Keep clear of your triggers on your addiction.

If you need distractions, try exercising, taking up a new hobby, cooking, or hanging out with friends. And  Joining a new club, sports team that push your interest, or another kind of community group will help you make new friends and start a new chapter of your life in which addiction is not a part of. Positive social interactions can stimulate the release of neurochemicals which elicit feelings of happiness and satisfaction without the need for drugs or anything that can harm your body badly.

Also Exercise releases endorphin chemicals like the ones released in addiction, which is why sometimes you’ll hear the term “runner’s high”.  Exercise could open a lot more windows for new and improved health and could lessen the blow of withdrawal by giving you something else to feel good about.

And Stay away from the people, places, and things that make you want to go back to your old habits of being addicted to something you do not like. You might need to construct a completely new routine for a while until the edge wears off a bit.

9. | Never ever give in to the rationalizations.

The pain we feel  physically and mentally it is a pain of addiction withdrawal is real, and you’ll likely start telling yourself it’s okay to take up the habit again. Don’t listen to the voice in your head that is telling you to start back up and don’t give up on yourself when it feels hard to control it and, Every bit of pain will be worth it in the end when getting control of that addiction.

Common rationalizations include the idea that “it’s a free country” or “we all have to die sometime.” Resist taking on this defeatist attitude.

Go back to your list of reasons for quitting to remember why you’re doing this. Think about why quitting is more important than staying addicted.

Visit support groups and your therapist each time you feel in danger of relapsing.

10. | Don’t let a relapse be the end of your journey of your life and Celebrate your accomplishments.

Almost Everyone slips up from time to time about something. That doesn’t mean you should give in and return to your addictive habits in a full-blown relapse with out feeling overwhelm about it. If you have a slip-up, go back over what happened and determine what changes you can make if it happens again. Then get back on your feet and start again remember, change takes a long time it will not happen right away.

And Relapses are steps forward in the process and you shouldn’t consider them as failures. It takes time for new habits to fully kick in. Keep a plan in place rather than giving up.

Don’t let guilt and shame take over if you slip up. You’re trying your best, and all you can do is keep at it.

Do something nice for yourself when you meet the goals you’ve made, no matter how small. Kicking an addiction is incredibly tough work to stop what that bordering you, and you deserve to be rewarded.

How to change your life

Hey everyone and welcome to the Paths in life to day we going to learn How to change your life now let’s begin.

1. | Change your lifestyle pattern or your routine.

Remember that your reality is a result of the things you do on a daily basis it is like a schedule, from what you eat for breakfast to where you go to work or school. If you’re going to change your life’s circumstances, you will have to change the things you do every single day to become a better person.

Remember that in reality you don’t have to change everything all at once. Just trying one new change to your routine and take one at a time you can create progress. It can take a little time like—66 days on average—for new habits to become second nature.

Making even the smallest changes to your daily routine can help you feel less bored with life. For example, take a different route to work, eat something new for breakfast, exercise before school rather than afterward, or stop at a different coffee shop. Small changes like these may seem insignificant, but they will make your life more interesting in the long run by adding variety.

Ask yourself this question on a routine basis: Is what I am doing (or not doing) helping me get where I want to be? This applies to what you eat, whether or not you exercise, and what you spend the bulk of your day doing. If the answer is no, then make the necessary change you enjoy doing as long as that makes you satisfied in life.

2. | Examine the paths you will like to take in life to make your lifestyle better for you.

Whether you are in school, working, job hunting, volunteering, or traveling, take a look at your life and decide if it aligns with your values and is that where you want to be and.

What are your passions, interests, and goals? While these questions you may take years to answer, you can start by asking yourself questions kind a like a legacy you want to leave behind. This question applies not only to your career but to your relationships as well and. How would you like to be described in person and remembered by other people or how you want people to see you as. it can be anything?

Determine whether or not your lifestyle is aligned with your personal values. Chances are, to some extent, your life and your values conflict. What could you be doing differently to help you reach your goals? You may want to consider changing your career path, changing your major, changing where you live, and changing the way you manage your time and money.

3. | Improve your relationship when, socializing with others you love.

In life no matter how much money you make or how great your accomplishments is to you. You, will not be able to enjoy your success if you don’t have loved ones to share it with.

Work on the relationships you already have and love. Be sure to spend quality time with loved ones and family or your friends you love, and treat them with compassion and understanding. If you have been neglecting or arguing with a loved one, then devote some time to reconciling the relationship. You must be willing to make compromises and even admit that you were wrong.

Make new, meaningful relationships with others. If you are feeling lonely, then you will have to stop waiting around for others to approach you. Take matters into your own hands, and Get proactive. Put yourself in social situations, strike up conversations, and remember to always have a smile on your face. This is the best way to attract other people you love to be around with like people you love.

4. | You need to Get out of your comfort zone and take action.

Sometimes Some people are more prone than others to get stuck in they comfort of routine and familiarity. Regardless of your inhibitions or fears of change, humans need variety to be happy. You should practice this on a small scale on a daily basis as well as on a larger scale.

Try to do something you’ve never done before and every single day. Go to a show you’ve never been to and do something you never do before. That can bring you far in life. And try to talk to a new person, eat something new, and so on. You never know when you’ll discover something or somebody who will end up making a life-changing impact on you.

pick up a new hobby or travel to a new place. If you play an instrument or a sport of any kind, push yourself above and beyond what you would normally do. Run that extra mile, take a different trail when hiking, and explore new artistic styles.

Seeking out new friends who like your hobbies can keep you engaged. Meetup.com is a great way to meet people in your area.

5. | Live in the present moment and stop worrying.

It’s amazing when we work on what we want to be in the present and it is The best way you feel happier about your life is to stop dwelling on the past and stop worrying about the future. For example If you find yourself constantly dwelling on negative memories, try the following exercise like:

First, acknowledge the memory and how it makes you feel. If it was a recent incident and you feel the need to cry or scream, then do it. If you have problems in life Consider writing about the event in a journal or you can talk about it with a loved one to solve your problem. Once you have properly grieved the memory, then admit to yourself that it is over, and nothing can be done to undo the problems you are having. The next time the thought returns to your head, acknowledge it, be thankful that it is over, and let it go.

While it is impossible to forget the past completely, many people tend to focus on negative or traumatic memories rather than on the positive ones. Take some time to remember all the good things that have happened to you in the past. If it helps, make a list.

Try grounding techniques to bring yourself back to the present moment. Noticing things around the room that are a certain color or breathing deeply can calm you and focus your attention on the present.

6. | Stay Positive.

In the society we leave in, No matter what you have, where you are, or who you’re with, your perception of your circumstances is more important than the circumstances themselves. To put this into perspective meaning to, consider this fact: at any given moment, there are other people in the world who have less money, fewer resources, and they don’t have what they want in life and also  they have fewer loved ones than you do, and yet they are happier. Similarly, there are people who are richer than you, in better shape, and with more resources, who feel less fulfilled in they life than you do. In other words what I am saying is to

Get in the habit of noticing the positive aspects of whatever situation you find yourself in. If you find yourself complaining about what’s going on around you, then counter each complaint you make with one or two positive observations.

Stop criticizing yourself and those around you. Again, everybody has both positive and negative qualities about something or someone; this is a universal fact. If you constantly focus on the negative qualities of your spouse, for example, then those are what you will notice, and you will constantly feel frustrated and annoyed. In contrast, if you constantly remind yourself of the positive qualities of your spouse, then those are what you will notice, and you will feel appreciative and lucky.

7. | Never compare your own life with other people’s lives.

A Part of what makes people feel unhappy with their own lives is the comparison they make with the lives of those around them in society. The tendency is to compare the low points of your own life with the positive points of other people’s lives.

Let go of the jealousy. Nobody’s life is perfect we all struggle with something before we become successful in life, no matter how it may seem on the outside or in society. If you find yourself being jealous of others for their money, their talents, or their relationships, remember that each and every one of these people has struggled with hardships and insecurities in they life.

Minimizing your use of social media can help you stop comparing yourself to others. It may even make you feel happier. Take a break from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to clear your head for a few days.

8. | Get your body in Shape.

When Exercising regularly not only keeps you looking your best, but it will also improve your cardiovascular health, reduce your likelihood for certain diseases, give you more energy, and even improve your sex life when working out at the gym.

Healthy adults need 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity each week. Moderate activities include walking or swimming leisurely, while vigorous activities include jogging, kickboxing, or spinning.

You should do strength training of some kind at least two days per week. Try lifting weights or doing floor work (crunches, push-ups, etc.) that use your own body as resistance.

Consider joining a gym or local sports team. Exercising with other people can help keep you motivated, and will make exercise more fun for you when working out.

9. | Eat healthy food and eat well.

Remember that you are what you eat when doing so. Whether you want to lose weight or simply improve your overall health or strength, what you eat matters.

Your diet should consist of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Read food labels and stay away from foods that contain artificial coloring, aspartame, and other chemicals. Eat sugar and empty carbohydrates in moderation.

If you suffer from anxiety or depression, then stay away or cut down on alcohol and caffeine, as these substances will make matters worse for you.

10. | Get a makeover about whatever it is you like.

Before you say obviously. Remember a Makeovers aren’t just about looking better, necessarily. The simple act of getting a haircut or buying different clothes can make you feel like a new person. Whether you’re unhappy with your look or simply bored with it, try to mix things up by.

Change your wardrobe. Like Getting rid of clothes that make you feel frumpy, sloppy, or otherwise bad about yourself. Make an effort to look at your best on a daily basis. This doesn’t necessarily mean dressing fancy or formal; rather, find clothes that are figure-flattering, stylish (in your opinion), affordable, and age-appropriate.

Change your hairstyle. By Getting a haircut or dye your hair a different color. For a Women with long hair should consider getting layers, bangs, or a short bob. And

Men can drastically change their appearance using facial hair. Try growing a beard, mustache, or goatee. If you are a man who has always had facial hair, try shaving it off. Or try to change it the way you want or like in a special way you think that is going with you.

How to Get a Better Job – The Ultimate Guide to Get your Dream Job

Hey everyone and welcome to the Paths in lifeto day we going to learn How to get a job now let’s begin.

1. Carefully read the job description and highlight the keywords in your portfolio.

It’s your first step in applying for a job it is to find out what the job entails. Give the job description a thorough read. Focus on what qualifications are required in the job and what the job duties are.

And what ever you do not apply for jobs that you are absolutely not qualified for. For example, if you do not speak Spanish, or another language do not respond to an ad that states, “Spanish or any language required.”

Pay attention to what the description emphasizes. For example, if it is a job in marketing, you might see terms such as “digital marketing”, “SEO”, and “Google Analytics”. Make sure that you mention those terms in both your resume and your cover letter.

2. Look over your materials And be professional at the job interview.

Many job search engines and company websites online will ask for you to submit your materials online. Before you type your resume online do not hit “submit,” make sure to take time to proofread everything you have written. This includes your resume and cover letter. You should also look over the fields that ask for your personal information and make sure all of your information is entered correctly. Hopefully, all of your hard work results in an interview. If you get asked to come in, take time to prepare. Make sure to have examples ready to explain your past accomplishments and how you can help the company. For example, you could say, “I know you’re looking for a fresh take on how to increase sales. I’d love to tell you about my ideas for a direct marketing campaign.”

Dress professionally.

Make eye contact and speak charismatic and confidently in the job interview and also always.

Arrive on time.

3. Follow up on something.

If you’ve had an interview to your job, it is proper business etiquette to write a brief thank you note. Typically, this is done by email. You can write, “Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today. I enjoyed learning more about your organization and i am excited about the idea of working as part of your team.”

You can also follow-up after sending a job application. You might write, like, “I’m writing to make sure that you received my application materials. I’m happy to provide further examples of my qualifications if you would find that helpful.”

 4. Equally Match your resume to the job description also Create a personal profile about you.

Your resume is a way to list your skills and qualifications you do at school or by your self in a professional way. Just as importantly, it can be used to show potential employers that your skills fit their needs. Take the time to tweak your resume to each job that you apply for. Look for keywords and themes in the job description and make sure that your resume highlights those terms.

For example, maybe a job requires “outstanding communication skills”. Make sure to list specific examples of how you have used your communication skills in the past.

You don’t have to totally revamp your resume each time you post it. Just make sure it emphasizes your skills that are most important for that particular job. Start your resume by telling employers a little about yourself. Write a brief paragraph that tells the employer about your skills and lets them know what specific qualifications you can bring to the job. Keep it brief and professional.

In a few sentences, describe your most important skills.

Stay away from vague skills such as “organized”. Use descriptive terms such as “negotiator”, “decision-making”, and “time management”.

5. Write a cover letter and always edit your work carefully.

A lot of jobs will simply require a resume, but others will ask for a cover letter depend on where you want to work. Have a draft on hand and be ready to tailor it to the specifics of each job. A good cover letter should explain your experience and qualifications. You should use specific examples to describe why you would be a good fit for the job you’re applying for.

Maybe a job description calls for someone who can work as part of a team. You could write about how, as an intern, you were in charge of organizing a project that multiple interns worked on.

Try to keep your cover letter to one page in length.

Look over your resume and cover letter and then look them over again to correct your mistakes. Make sure to fix any spelling or grammatical errors. And Ask a friend or family member to give your materials a read. A fresh set of eyes can catch errors that you may have missed.

 6. Polish your online presence.

In The modern job search is conducted largely online. It’s important that you make a good impression online. Take care to create positive, professional social media profiles. You never know when a potential employee might be viewing your information.

For example, take care to create an impressive LinkedIn profile. Your headline should be succinct, like “Research Analyst”.

Use the space provided to list your qualifications and experience.

Don’t forget to edit your profile.

Include your contact information and a link to your resume.

Make a LinkedIn profile and keep it up-to-date and interesting. On your profile, make sure to include your job history and any skills you have. Then, write a headline that accurately describes what you do instead of using a generic title so that your profile stands out.

You can also use online job search engines to widen your search. Enter keywords and geographic location on popular sites such as Indeed, Jobs.com, TheLadders, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.

Craigslist is also a good site to search. It is especially helpful if you are looking for immediate employment. Be sure to check out the company website and vet employers before you send in your resume and contact information, though!

LinkedIn: You can use this site to create a professional online profile. You can post a biography that lets potential employers get to know you. You can also post your current resume for others to view.

For example like Twitter: People are increasingly using this tool to find jobs. If you’re familiar with Twitter, or Facebook you can also  follow companies that you are interested in and see posts advertising jobs. You can also search the site using popular hashtags such as #jobs and #jobhunt.

9. Utilize your state job bank and start to networking with other workers at work.

You can also use the internet to search employment resources in your own state. Each state has an online collection of available jobs known as a job bank. Find the job bank for your state and start searching.

Much like other job search engines, the state job banks will allow you to search by keyword and city. Networking is a chance to strengthen connections with people in your career field. It’s also a time to meet new people. Put yourself out there and start communicating with people who could be helpful in your job search. You can say something like, “I’m just getting started in marketing, and I wondered if you know of any opportunities that could be right for me.” If you can get a referral, your resume might just be pushed to the top of the list! Consider reaching out to:

Former professors

Past employers

People at the company you want to work for

Anyone you know who has a career similar to the one you want as a worker.

10.  Spread the word that you are job hunting to Friends and family and also try to attend a job fair.

Consider whether finding a headhunter  would be useful for finding the job you want to do.

A job or career fair is a great way to learn about more opportunity at a workplace or to meet new people and learn about potential employers. Both cities and universities have job fairs. Sometimes private organizations will also hold job fairs.

Check your city or university website to find information about upcoming job fairs.

At a job fair, you can gather brochures and other information from companies that are hiring. You might also be able to speak to recruiters.

11. Stay organized when looking for a job.

Having a concrete plan will be one of your best resources. Take some time to create a plan for how you will go about your job search and where you want to work. You should also make to sure to avoid applying for the same position more than once. Make a calendar of weekly or daily activities related to your search. On this calendar you can include tasks like:

Look at online postings
