Having The ability to take risks in life. witch is not easy, then you may think that it is hard by stepping outside of your comfort zone it is the primary way by which, can make all of us grow as a successful person. However, we are often afraid to take that first step of our comfort zone.
Truthfully, having a comfort zones are not really about comfort, meaning what they really are. they are about having fear in life. By Breaking the chains of fear to get outside of what you never do before or never like to do. In this case, once you do, you will learn to enjoy the process of taking risks and growing in the process. Of becoming a successful person
Then, here are 10 ways to help you step out of your comfort zone and get closer to success. Now let’s begin.
#1. | Becoming Aware of your surroundings, about What that is Outside of Your Comfort Zone.
Whenever, you think of What are the things that you believe that are worth doing out of your comfort zone but, you are really afraid of doing it alone. that you don’t feel comfortable to do what that scares you all by yourself, it might be because of the potential for disappointment that you never like or it can be about the failure? That you are having in the past and the present?
By Drawing a circle in your book and then, writing those things down outside the circle. This process will not only allow you to clearly identify your discomforts but, your comforts. Write identified comforts inside the circle.
#2. | Being really Clear About What that is You Are Aiming to Overcome in person that you are not feeling comfortable doing.
Taking the list of discomforts, that always scares you to feel uncomfortable, and then, you feel like, taking it to the next level, by going deeper with it. Remember, the primary emotion of having something you are trying to overcome is fear,
In this way, for you How does this fear apply uniquely to each situation? That you are in. in case, you need to Be very specific of how you are handling them.
For instance, are you afraid of walking up to new people that you have never meat before and introducing yourself in social situations that you have never do before? If so then Why? or Is it because you are insecure about the sound of your voice? Are you insecure about your look? Or, are you afraid of being ignored by others?
#3. | Get a lot more Comfortable with Discomfort even if that you do not like it.
Whether, that you are doing things that discomfort you and you do not feel comfortable at it then, the One way to get outside of your comfort zone is to literally expand it more each time that you are feeling discomfort by them. By Making discomfort your goal to avoid running away from discomfort, by doing so, even if you do not like it.
For example, Let’s stay with the theme of meeting people in social settings. If you start feeling a little panicked when talking to someone, you’ve just met, for the first time by trying to stay with it a little longer even if you never like doing that than, you normally would be before retreating to your comfort zone. In this way, what that actually means is, if you stay long enough and practice often enough, then it will start to become less uncomfortable for you in life.
#4. | Always See your Failures as a Teacher not, the other way round.
Many of us are so afraid of failure when we all do something that is not so easy in life then, when we fail at it then, we would rather do nothing than take a shot at our dreams.
However, if you fail at, something that is really hard, for you Then, try to treat failure as a teacher. What did you learn from the experience? and How can you take that lesson to your next adventure to increase your chance of becoming more of an experience successful person that, you wish to be?
Also did you know that, many highly successful people around the world failed plenty of times before they succeeded in life. just because you fail, at something does not really means, that your life is over forever.
#5. | Taking one small step at a time.
Whenever, you are getting outside of your comfort zone. Don’t try to jump outside your comfort zone, as fast as you can. or all at once, then you will likely to become overwhelmed, and even more uncomfortable. by doing, so in this case, that can cause, you to jump right back in your comfort zone.
In this case, what you need to do is to come outside, of you comfort zone, by Taking small steps, or baby steps, towards the fear you are trying to overcome in life. for example, if you want to do public speaking, start by taking every opportunity to speak to small groups of people. You can even practice with family and friends.
#6. | Hanging out with Risk Takers.
Alternatively, there is no substitute for this step when taking this step. If you want to become better at something, that you like to be, and do not feel comfortable doing then you must start hanging out with the people who are doing what you want to do or become in life and start to emulating them. Almost inevitably, their influence will start to have an effect on your behaviors when you are taking some actions in life.
#7. | Be Honest with Yourself, When You Are Trying to Make Excuses about how you really feel in your life.
Whenever, you are Doing something that discomforts, you never say “Oh, I just don’t have the time, for this right now.” Instead, be honest with yourself, by saying, that “I am afraid to do this.”
never make excuses, for any situation that you are in. just be honest, with yourself. You will be in a better place to confront what is truly bothering you and you are trying to increase your chances of moving forward in life.
#8. | Identify when you are Stepping out and how it Will Benefit You.
If you are doing public speaking around large groups in public then, you need to identify yourself, about What will the ability to engage in public speaking do for your personal and professional growth? When you are doing public speaking by speaking out to millions of people outside or 50 persons in a room, keep these potential benefits in mind as motivations to push through fear when you are doing public speaking.
#9. | Don’t Take Yourself, Too Seriously if you make a mistake.
Try to Learn to laugh at yourself, whenever, you have just make mistakes. Risk taking will inevitably involve failure and setbacks that will sometimes make you look like a foolish person to others. And Be happy to roll with the punches when others poke fun at you.
#10. | Focusing on having Fun by taking actions in life out of your comfort zone.

As you slowly push past your comfort zone, you’ll feel more and more at ease about the new stuff which seemed so dangerous to you.
